Perstorp manufactures formaldehyde and derivatives such as neopentyl glycol, pentaerythritol and trimethylolpropane, sodium formate, polycaprolactone polyols, and a variety of related chemical intermediates.
The company is best known for its recent acquisition of the pentaerythritol business from Hercules and the Tolonate isocyanates business from Rhodia.
