Larry Williams

Larry Williams is a famous trader, author, and practitioner of technical analysis who specializes in commodities.

Larry Williams is perhaps best know for his participation and victory in the World Cup Championship of Futures trading where he successfully turned 10,000 seed money into a over a million in 12 months. His daughter, future Hollywood actress Michelle Williams, nearly duplicated that feat in 1997.

Williams however is considered by many in futures field to be the premier expert in technical analysis. He is the creator of the ultimate oscillator and Williams %r indicators. Furthermore he has written many books on the subject including books which many consider to be authoritative on seasonality and the committments of traders report.

Currently Williams is wanted by the IRS on charges of tax evasion and recently has been extradited to the United States from Australia. He is free on bail.
