CME Group operates derivatives trading platforms Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), and New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX). CME Group trades on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker CME.
According to its website, CME Group "offer futures and options based on interest rates, equity indexes, foreign exchange, energy, agricultural commodities, metals, and alternative investment products such as weather and real estate."

- New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) -- NYMEX offers mostly energy products and a few commodities-based products.
- COMEX -- COMEX offers futures and options in gold, silver, and copper.
