Engine segment: Morse Tec (engine timing systems, transmission drive chains), Emissions Systems (exhaust gas recirculation), Thermal Systems (cooling systems), Turbochargers, and BERU Systems (glow plugs for diesel engines, cold start systems for diesels)

Drive Train segment: Torque Management, Transmission Products (clutch modules, all wheel drive, transfer cases, transmission clutches, friction products, and control modules)

In sales, Engines is abt twice as large as Drivetrain ($5,022MM vs $2,446MM in 2013)

Major customers: VW/Audi 12%, Daimler 6%, Ford 5%, Toyota 4%, Hyundai/Kia 4%, Renault 3%, BMW 3%

The company has numerous joint ventures in China, Korea, and India.
